KillerStar’s Rob Fleming joins me for two exciting announcements!
Rob Fleming is the lead singer and, alongside James Sedge is co-founder of the band KillerStar. Named after the Bowie track “New Killer Star,” the band released their self-titled debut album earlier this year, featuring contributions from Bowie alumni like Earl Slick on guitar, Emm Gryner on vocals, Gail Ann Dorsey on bass, Mike Garson on piano, Donny McCaslin on sax, Tim Lefebvre on bass, and Mark Plati on guitar. The album has received rave reviews, and in my opinion, it’s absolutely terrific. Rob joins me today to share two exciting announcements.
Click the video above to watch or listen to our conversation, where we discuss both announcements. Spoiler alert: KillerStar will be performing their first (and currently only) U.S. concert on November 2nd at The Cutting Room in New York City. Don’t miss this rare opportunity to see this fantastic band live!

The second announcement is the release of KillerStar’s second album, KillerStar Reimagined, which Rob will explain in more detail.

Rob previously joined me to discuss KillerStar’s debut album, which features entirely original music but with several Bowie Easter eggs. That interview is one of the most-watched on this blog’s affiliated YouTube channel. If you missed it, click HERE.
